Back from shopping, spent a small fortune! We're going to the seaside for some ice cream and amusements! Hope I can resist the chips!

Breakfast: 6 SP
Sausage (1) bagel (4) low fat cheese slice (1)

Lunch: 6 SP
Pastrami thin and cheese string

Dinner: 9 SP
100g rice and chicken curry (mayflower)

Snacks: 5SP

Weigh day tomorrow so taking chip sticks to the seaside (3) and milk (2)

Treat last night was 2 small granary toast with cheese - Can't believe cheese on toast is only 6SP! And some salt and vinegar squares, so all in all a 9 SP treat :)

9sp doesn't seem much for a weekly treat!!!! I think you're doing fab with the plan, I think you're sticking to it as it doesn't really feel like a diet, I was exactly the same!!! Have fun doing your last holiday shopping, hopefully you won't have to rush around as much as me!!!! X

Had an amazing time, loved all of the places I went :) I was reasonably good but still enjoyed everything I had. I'm going to be on track until Sat 27th, then I;m going to a class to get the last couple of stone off :) How are you? xx

I think the snacks/bars are quite popular, they always were when I went to class. Do they make SP cookbooks now? X
 
I think so, only seen one on the website I think, and a no count one x

They sound great for you as I know how much you do enjoy cooking. I have quite a few of the PP cookbooks but don't get chance to use them as much as I would like to. X

Do u just fry the Kale? Would never think to do that! I've only got a week left off and I'm gutted!!!! X
 
Just finely chop, spray with fry lite and sprinkle with salt, then bake in a hot oven until crispy. It tastes just like crispy seaweed from the chinese :) Aw you're back early, is it training or straight in to teaching? xx
