Hi Everyone!
I am on maybe my 5th attempt at this diet and I have to say, my perserverance (or maybe madness) is finally paying off.... I dont know wheather it is that I understand the diet more, or have just got over the fact that this isnt actually a quick fix but i am finally comfortable with the fact that it is going to take me more than 2 weeks to get down to target.
i was always disapointed after my second weigh in never matched up to my first and would give up immediately. or i would skip out of my WI after week1 and think "job done!". I also didnt ever drink enough water.
So having allowed my attitude to mature (i guess) I am now coping OK with it.
I am in week 2, so i am passed all the headaches and cravings (anyone else ravonous for sweet and sour chinese??) and just happily bobbing along with a spot of weight loss.
My wiegh in days are saturdays but I was busy on day 7, so got weighed last night. Happy with 9lb off in first 9 days, I just hope I can get to 14lb by my holiday next Friday....
