I have about 3 stone to lose i want to get down to 8 stone as i think thats about right as im 5.3 i would even be happy with being 9stone

Im trying to think of things to do to keep me busy... Im watching tv but geting bored

Same as me then i got 3 stone, seems loads at mo but we will do it!

I'm on here loads so u can always say hi and join in!!

I'm getting bored my poor dog has been out so many times since I've started on this!!

I'm 5ft 8 and hoping to lose stone and half which would get me to 10.5 stone but would be happy at 11 for my height!!

Paint toe nails next maybe? Sorry not much use!
I just play games to keep me occupied on my phone xx

Hi, sat and sun were not good for me but it's day 5 so I'm pretty positive now even though I'm missing chewing lol!!

Day 5 not been 100% ate a wrap yesterday but feeling good today headaches finally gone just tired, bit dizzy oh and no concentration!! Works gonna b interesting lol!!

My mouth tastes like ghandis flipflop but I will do next two days 100% as feel I've failed and only first week?

Keep up the support it's fab couldn't do it without u all especially my star partner lol!!!

I'm currently on day 7 so have done 6 days 100% ss!!

And have lost 10lbs!!!!! Xxx
