That's exactly why I got the soups and porridge. Think it feels "normal" and thought it would set me up for maintenance too if I get into the habit of having a healthy brekkie and soup.
Aw wow that's brilliant! I had a photoshoot yesterday with 4 autistic boys , 2 of which have ADHD! Lovely children! Think it's fab occupation and takes someone extremely special to do that. Well done you!Ha Fay! At least we "fat bellies" are doing something about it. They'll be do proud of you when you are a skinny minny.
