i didnt mean to pry babesi havent told anyone either foe years but on here i dont mind i feel like i have accepted im in need of weightloss by disclosing my weight if that makes any sence.

Hey girls :) how you getting on today? I started straight on step 2 which was 3 products and a small dinner. I didn't like the porridge and only liked a couple of the soups, so I ended up just having 3 shakes a day haha! I'm on step 3 now, it's heavenly being allowed fruit haha. Have either of you had your first weigh in yet? I started a month ago at 12 stone 9 and am currently at 11 stone 5. Xx
 
Wow that's brill Alexandra! Has it been hard to stick to? I'm worried I will want a treat then it will all go downhill! Lol
I get weighed tomorrow afternoon so excited and nervous! X

I usually have porridge a shake then a bar, but not been wanting them since yesterday! So thinking I might just stick to the shakes? X

Thanks girls! It hasn't been as hard as I first expected, I've literally tried every diet and never been able to stick to them, but this one is so strict I think it's easier to stick to. I lost 8 pounds in my first week so you're in for a big loss!! It feels so rewarding, and the 2nd week is 1000 times easier than the first, you get used to it as a lifestyle change very quickly. Just keep yourself busy with friends, drink lots of water and take every day as it comes!! Try your hardest not to cheat, it's not worth the guilt haha xx
 
can you excercise?im thinking with rapid weightloss to avoid excess skin u need to tone as well as shakes??
 
Apparently the 1st few weeks should be avoided cause of dizzy spells! Xx

I didn't exercise for the first week just incase. But now I do 2 days toning at the gym and two days running, depends how active you were before oh started Cambridge! X
