I do wedges (mainly cos i can't be bothered to peel the tatties lol), and i spray them frylight and sprinkle with salt.
Then i put them in the oven RAW for about 45 mins on 180, and then blast on 220 for about 15-20 mins.
Always go a nice dark golden colour, and nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside
