Hey,

What would be better if i need to go for a meal in September?

Have one night off where i have A chicken Salad with no dressing,

Or do the refeed for a week then go back on 100% TFR?

I want to stay on the 100% TFR as i need to loose quite abit more weight, but there is no way of getting out of going to this meal!

Please Help

Hi :)

I'm so stubborn that I would just say that I'm not eating and if people asked, explain exactly why, but I know that's not what everyone is comfortable doing. So, I would say (and I know it's not the proper way of doing it) eat something that won't do too much damage and then carry on as normal the next day. If you just have chicken and salad, like you said, you won't do much harm at all. You may not go out of ketosis and even still lose weight. Wishing you good luck for whatever you decide to do and I hope you enjoy the evening. :)

I agree with Noitulove. I would personally just choose a healthy meal and then carry on 100% the next day. Try and drink some extra water that day as it can help to flush things through you quicker. Make sure you are strong enough to do this though, and that you won't suddenly get a taste for food and end up going "oh what the hell, I'll have chocolate fudge cake for dessert". As long as you are strong enough to make a healthy choice of meal and not go overboard, then I would do it that way. If there's a risk that you might not be strong enough to do that and then go straight back to 100% the next day, the refeed would be advisable. :)

Thanks guys :D haha funny you should say about chocolate fudge cake that is my fave lol, I definitely think i am strong enough, after all of the BBQs ive had to sit there watching people eat and the OH going to McDonalds and having take aways in front of me . . . .

I will just have a chicken or salmon salad, And go to 100% again the next day

Thanks for your help :D

like others have said try and have a no carb meal, but at the end of the day if you do then have the fudge cake then so be it, its one week out of your journey and YOUR LIFE! I never agree with beating yourself up for a slip, only that if that slip is several times a week I would then suggest that lipotrim isnt the answer for that person, but a lot of us have had slip ups in one way or another and have taken breaks and then came back, I am on week 1 of my return from holiday for 2 weeks, really enjoyed my break from it and the social side with my mates, but then went straight back on the monday to get weighed and start what i am calling stage 2, so enjoy your meal is what i am saying i suppose xxx
