Can I use both products?

Hiya,

I bought a few weeks worth of exante products a few months ago but found them awful and was never in the right frame of mind. I like the idea of the 3 packs plus meal on s&s and the meal options look a lot more varied so im going to give it a try. I just wondered if I can switch in my exante products to use them up? Are they all sort of the same thing or is that not advisable?

yeah you will be fine using both hun , make sure to have a multi vit on the 3 packs + a meal option

I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be fine doing that with a multivit.

I had some old exante stuff too (didn't even do 1 day on it properly though!). I used it up in the 13 days before I started SnS by using it to reduce my kcals down to 1100/1200 (I was also away at this time and didn't want to start SnS when I was away) - I then found I had no problem at all starting SnS - no hunger filled three days to get through! I still have a few packs of exante left which I plan to use up during refeed/maintanence.

One problem is that Exante is 3 a day (I think) so if you have 3 Exante packs plus a protein meal you may be having more carbs/calories than is ideal. Just check that the food you are intending to have in the day doesn't have more than 70g of carbs (I preferred to stick to 60g) then you should be fine staying in ketosis.
