Doing really well on day 2 of attack, not bored/hungry/headachy at all yet. Do feel a bit tired, but that might be to do with staying up to watch Olympics and then up early!

On attack can I eat any of the following

Weightwatchers toffee/vanilla and citrus packs of yogs
Extra light philly
and wafer ham/chicken

Just settled to watch gymnastics with a big mug of skinny latte :)
 
I have the toffee and vanilla (only2 per day) not citrus as it has fruits bits in it.
Ham and chicken, prepacked stuff can contain salt which can lead to water retention, best stick to the real stuff for the majority of the time on attack, i do have to prepacked meats occasionally in cruise
XL philly, some people find it stalls their weight loss, Id wait until you go in to cruise and have it as an occasional tolerated item, not all the time and not in huge quantities.

Its good to keep a food diary and then you can see whats causing you to gain or lose weight and adjust accordingly Cx
 
Good advise from Collette, had yes start a diary its a great tool on dukan and let's us Dukans see what your eating and see if your choices won't hinder your loss good luck again xxx
 
I must admit that i did have packed slice ham during attack but only because it was the cheaper option. Cost is a major factor for me. I did buy extra light philly, but ended up not using it in attack, but I do use it in cruise. Mainly instead of butter. So when I have a dukan bread roll, I slice in half and use a small spread of philly before putting topping/filling on.

I have only ever had natural yogurt, that I sweeten and flavour myself, to eat as a pudding. I do buy toffee muller light for baking with though....but as has been said, 2 per day only have been said to be allowed. Again would be cost for me LOL.
