you could make up the sw quiche - pile it with veggies - cook it really well so it's not sloppy'ish - and let it go cold - hard boiled eggs are good to snack on too - and IF you use your bread either synned or heb - cut into fingers - smash eggs up with tinned salmon and mix it well - it comes out like a very thick dip - pickled onions - finger slices of cucumber, large cooked prawns ............................... yummy
