Can we have zero pops ?

Iv been reading a few diarys and iv seen people who have drank zero drinks ? Is this allowed


I know I'm asking lots of questions wanna get everything right before I start

Did you really mean to post this in the refeeding forum? Zero drinks are not on the approved list from Slim and Save. However, they don't take you out of ketosis so some people have them.

I'm not on re feed no ..... I wasn't sure if we were allowed them iv read bits on the website about what you can have .

I havnt started yet wanted to be clear about the do's and don'ts . Thanks again
