Hi could you count a cappuccino as your healthy extra a or would I be better syning it, if so how many syn for a machine one.

It can depend on the type of milk. Like skimmed, semi or whole milk. It could be quite a lot. On SW site it only does that from placed like StarBucks etc. They seem to run somewhere around 4. syns. However not an expert on these. Sorry
