I'm going to try and keep a diary and hopefully help me to keep on track writing my thoughts and how i am doing.
So this is day one of my kick up the bum and get back on track.
thanks for the replies, today is going well so far thanks maybe we could inspire each other. I start so well and then something gets me down and i'm an emotional eater so i'm hoping to write everything down and do so much better than i am.
Brekky was a bowl of cous cous with muller yog mixed in
Had a slice of toast with marmite mid morning
Took Poppy for a walk before lunch
Lunch had a mugshots and some fresh figs
Dinner will be roast chicken and veg with maybe a muller yog later
Prob had too much coffee today so should drink more water the rest of the day.
Had a really busy day, little or no time to think so diet was 100%
Brekky, bowl of cous cous with choc orange muller mixed in
lunch, 1 slice bread with 2 rashers back bacon and a tiny dollop of tomato ketchup
dinner, extra low fat sausages, mash and mushy peas, fresh figs
snack, kit kat senses,

I think I need to start writing it all down again too, my losses have really slowed up since i stopped, i remember what I've eaten but seem less reluctant to eat those extras that i shouldn't!!

:clap:Well done on your 100% day. I started yesterday too and managed a 100% day, here's to us all having another one today. I know what you mean by the amount of food I now bring to work, but its got to be better and cheaper than eating out. The money that's saved can go to buy an new bag.:angel09:
