Slim Pasta, Slim Rice and Slim Noodles are products sold by a company called Eat Water. They are made from moyu, a vegetable fibre native to Eastern Asia which contains no carbohydrate and is net calorie free (the few calories it contains are not absorbed by the body). I should tell you that these are not to everybody's taste! They have a slightly slimy texture and a slightly unpleasant smell until you rinse them thoroughly. However they have no taste of their own and absorb the sauce you put on them so they can be a Dukan-friendly way to bulk out a meal.
