hi all i was just looking at the low carb meaga store and noticed they do complete carb free sweets can we have these on induction hope some one says yes

Hi Hun,

I personally wouldn't. I ordered some stuff from them and the labelling was different on the site than on the package. Jim calls these processed things Frankenfoods and he is right! I ended up throwing everything in the bin.

go very easy on them - you may be fine - they got me through easter week and i had a sts - they have their place but if you start craving of needing them every night get rid

havnt bothered getting any
