Day 14 and muffy has managed to get to 'overweight' bmi
(now 11 stone 9.2lb)
I don't remember what I weighed last week so I don't know what iv lost this week ? I'll look back later when I have laptop.

I feel rubbish that I'm hardly here then when I am I post all about how well I'm doing and making you feel worse

C'mon chook you were doing so well (better than me) and just look at how much you lost last week while you were 100%!
You know you CAN do TS and that it's the only way you can get those bigger/faster losses. Stupid totm is to blame but of course only you can say 'sod totm I'm pushing through this' you have to beat it honey and you have so Many people on here to talk to and get support from.

Iv been thinking about what triggers me to go off plan. I think that maybe a routine is my secret at the moment?
When I'm in a routine I lose and stick to TS better.
If kids are off school I'm rubbish but on a normal week day
I get up
Pee
Weigh
Wash/teeth
Drink
dress(me and kids)
Take kids to school
Come back
Drink and half bar/shake
Do house work
Drink
go shopping or run some errands
Pop to see parents half shake/bar
Collect kids from school
Get home
drink
Half bar or shake
Do dinner
Drink
Watch tv
Half bar or shake
Put kids in bed
Drink
Bath
Tv
Bar or shake
Go to bed
But if I don't have any of those things to do I just end up wanting to eat because I'm bored xxx
