Iv had a bar and 1.5 litres of water so far so good :)
Feel fine now, getting some bits done in the house. Not heard from miss Carly yet so fingers crossed she ain't done a runner on me already lol xx

Well done babystar :) i just had my lunch. Half s choc shake with coffee x my 5 litre bottle is half gone so I'm pleased with myself.
Feels great to not be thinking about food. Hope it lasts xx
 
wow, 5 litres! I'm trying for 4 litres each day as I think the people who are drinking more seem to be losing more each week -worth a try!

Oh my 20 month old would say in a cockny tone "wher arrr yahh" lol

Going by her last post on here she went to bed pretty late so maybe the lucky so an so had a lie in?? Xx

Ok so 12.8 3/4 today same as yesterday so don't need to change my tickers etc :)
8 week challenge started this morning :) hoping at the end of May I will see an 11 :)

So today's plan:
1400: 1/2 vanilla w/decaf coffee
1900: banana
2100: BL bar
2300: 1/2 hot choc for bed

And 4.5 litres of water :)

Had nothing yet so will get a move on :)
On my phone at the moment and signal ain't great :S
Glad you are ready Missy Muffy cos I am well excited about how svelte we are going to be in 8 weeks time ;)

Iv already had the other half if my choc shake. Only a pack left to go today so I'll have half at dinner and half before bed.

Kids are in from school and Hubby is on his way home from london so I may also vacate minimins for this evening and spend sone family time.

Positive note for today - at this moment in my journey iv realised that not eating is actually very refreshing ;)
 
I suspect you ARE me. I fell of the wagon last night (not much but still, it's annoying).

I was 12st and half a ppound on friday morning, so I'm not far off where you are, and getting annoyed with myself for letting it all slow down.

Will be joining you!
 
You both sound so positive :) can't wait to start my 60 day challenge next week :) xx
