Sarah we had a FAB day yesterday.. Was so nice I went home, put on a shorts all in one suit but off the shoulder n sat out the back sunning myself for a good 2 hours... Weird!Glad to see you back hon. you'll have that wee gain off and then some soon. Well done on walking to work even though it was raining, its horrible weather here too! X

Great to have you back hun.. You've only had a small gain n will have it off next week.. Plus another 1 r 2.. I bet ya?!Well I did the gym sesh yest - first one in months - it was so hard to go and made me feel really unfit but I did it... If I get through this first week I will be addicted again.
Walking to work right now - it's still raining!! And it is taking some effort to keep walking - feel so heavy and my bag must weigh a stone or 2 lol!!
I'm aching from gym haha!
Just need a good day or two with food now

I feel ur pain with the gym aching all over as I have been AWOL most of June what with my wedding & honeymoon was pleased I had only gained 1.5lbs but think going off plan for a while kick started my metabolism as I lost 5lbs last wk
