Awww Carly you are worth alot more than the twats that are out in the pubs on a weekend thinking they are gods gift. dont let them get you down and ruin what was a perfect evening. What is your friends fiancée's problem? Or is he just another shallow person?
You are a lovely person and so helpful and motivating, dont let people that arent worth your time get you down. *hugs*

Glad you had fun on your night out, well done on sticking to points, its sooo hard when youre drunk! sorry to hear the end wasn't so good, i really hope you are feeling better this morning! i used to go out with a couple of friends when i was younger and the one girl was really skinny and blonde and she used to get allll the attention, but most of the guys were losers, and they just thought because of the way she looked that she was easy! i reckon you will meet a nice guy somewhere other than a club :) you are beautiful looking and have a lovely personality and even if you don't lose another pound you would be a great catch for someone! BUT you are going to keep going and lose so you feel great about yourself and have the confidence to meet a nice guy! you should feel so good that you are making the effort to change! carly, it was that bloody cheap house vodka, told you it was evil!!

hope you don't have a hangover love. i feel great, had 9 smirnoffs but my other half was drinking double house vodkas and he feels rough and was a real pain in the butt when we got in so i sent him off to bed lol xx
 
I'm feeling better now... was debating forcing myself to sleep through lunch and just having one meal as I was a tiny bit naughty yest... but screw that for a lark lol gonna have my lunch soon

Haha... it was actually more than that in end - remembered a few cheeky drinks so now over weeklies and used a few APs but I still feel like I have been really good ... I will update yesterday and will avoid going over dailies till my pizza hut treat after WI lol xx

Homemade Carbonara Pasta (70g Pasta (dry weight), 100g extra light philli, 6 bacon medallions, 50g LF Cheese) - didn't eat it all so... = 17pp
WW Garlic Bread = 5pp
Skinny Cow Mint Choc Chip Lolly = 2pp

SNACKS
14 x Vodka and Diet Kick or Sugarfree Limeade (drinking at home before going out :)) = 29pp
1/2 Lime and Lemonade while out (took a bit of my vodka with me - rebel!!) = 2pp
Pint of Cider and Blk = 7pp
Kit Kat Chunky (I resisted the chippy even though my friend went! so I had this when I got in as a treat - naughty!!) = 7pp

DANCED MY ASS OFF :)

TOTAL PP = 91pp

Weeklies used: 46 (Saved them up so am gonna enjoy my night out)
Total weeklies used: 49/49

AP earned = 6 (Day 8 (Level 1) of 30 Day Shred!!)

Well....this morning i got up and i done the 30 day shred....so thats the 1st day down....think i should start my food diary now aswell and get properly motivated. Got info on points and stuff from my sister so gonna try my hardest to work it out and stay within points....she says i should be on 30pp a wk....do u know if this is right?

Im 5ft 2, and currently 14st 5lbs. Good old age of 30 aswell lol.

OMG...you have my email addy....don't ever let those b********* d smake you feel bad...everyone else has said you are a lovely person...but we all know at the darkness of night etc and the amount you had to drink lol that didn't help.......so e me...don't ever feel alone! I mean it xx
