esource says 50g bird's eye chicken burger is 3pp but i'd use a calculator to check that as it sounds low x

If u give me the carbs, protein, fat and fibre per burger I will calculate it lovely x
 
Smirnoff...i dont have the calculator or anything yet...i only have some stuff that my friend printed off....not alot...and got a few points and stuff from here. Not going to a class or anything x
 
Carly i dont know....there were only 4 in the box and we all had one for lunch so the box is in the bin lol x

Found it online.... Per burger....Carbs = 11g Fat =8g Protein = 6.7g and Fibre = 0.5g. Probs be a ridiculous amount for a burger lol...but it was damn tasty lol x

I was starving before I got home and normally I am not... so had:

WW Choc Stick = 3pp

TOTAL PP = 47pp

Weeklies used: 6

AP earned = 6 (Day 2 (Level 2) of 30 Day Shred!!)

Well I found level 2 of the shred really hard - it is hard mainly because for a fair bit of it you have to support your weight on ur arms and I am just under 19 stone... I loved level 1 but am finding level 2 depressing... but I did do it even if I didn't manage it all and I was still as exhausted so it is still working... I will just have to work on improving.

On another note - I have been really stressed today and cried twice at work... I feel cross at myself for letting it get to that - I wanted to be a solicitor for so long and now I am I am a grumpy cow... but its only been a fortnight so I guess I need to just get used to it... and I am not impressed about setting off at 5.30am to go to HMP Durham on Friday :( grrrrrr

Well tomorrow is another day... and I need to learn to go to bed as I get tired on the drive to/from work!! xx
 
It will all fall into place soon... what is meant to be is meant to be... I am a great believer in that.... and you can always moan at me :)

Awww not so good....as u say though 2moro is another day :) Ur diaries are always so full....love it...the fact that nothing is banned - thats the best thing about it - can eat what we want within points.

Regarding the books....my friend printed off points values for me...im guessing its from one of the books...then ive found quite a bit of stuff online and on here too...your all so helpful lol. But defo as soon as i can afford to i'll buy a calculator :) xx

Well said everyone ,yes Carly you have done so well and to get your quailifications is fab ,just take one day at a time and soon you will be doing the job with your eyes shut and you will be a brill lawyer.well done on shred and as for the tears well we all need to let them flow sometimes it gets rid of all the tension and makes you stronger have a great day hun x
