Food diary today.
Breakfast
White roll 4pp
2pieces of asda bacon (fat cut off) grilled 3pp
Banana

Lunch.
Cheese an onion french fries 2pp
Mini dairymilk 2pp
Ww fresh vegetable pasta dish 7pp

Because lunch was at half 4 wasnt really hungry for tea when i finished work at half 8 so iv used the rest of my points on biscuits :( :(
2 choc hobnobs 5pp
4 rich tea 3pp
Mini dairy milk 2pp

28/29 so not too bad cos still in with my dailies!
Havent been the gym in over a week so tomorrow i am going to go an do a 1hr power walk with intervals of running, 20mins bike and 20mins cross trainer. Really need to lose about 2pound this week ready for my brothers wedding next saturday.
I tried my bridesmaid dress on after it got altered (had to b taken in 3inches) and theyv made a mistake an taken it in too much i can only just zip it up an i can barely breathe in it! So im tryin to lose 2-3 pound this week an pray it helps.
I'll try an post my diary everyday because it helps me stick to it!ha
If anyone else has food diarys let me no so i can follow xx

Food today: diet red bull then

Got up an went straight to the gym did 30min jog/run did just over 2miles
20min on bike did just over 5miles
Then lots of sit ups.
Havent been the gym for over a week so i was aching an i went on an empty tummy so i felt sick i was that hungry

Go back an made a fruit salad
1/4 melon
7strawberrys
Banana

Lunch:weather spoons regae chicken wrap
(no sauce and hardly ate any wrap)
Ordered a side salad with no dressing 0pp
Pointing the chicken wrap at 4pp cos hardly no chicken in it an ate about 3mouthfuls of wrap!

Tea:
125g lean steak mince 6pp
70g pasta 7pp
Ww garlic bread 5pp
Passata mushrooms onions peppers garlic.
Havent had a home made spag bol in 3months it was well worth saving points for!!!

1x glass of small rose with diet lemo 3pp

25/29pp :)
I should stay in all weekend more often!

Only 19pp and iv been the gym an earned atleast 5APS too an drank 2litres of water!

Want to b really good tomorrow an tues too WI Wednesday this week!!

It was a good day but i feel really dizzy an have a headache. Iv been with my step sister who chain smokes all night so not sure wether im dizzy n feel sick cos of that or cos iv under eaten. So just had 2x rich tea to see if it was hunger. Either way i got to have biscuits within my points so a win win!! Iv taken paracetamol too just incase it was a genuine headache!!xx

Ready for WI tomorrow i am praying for 1.5 off to be at goal :) :) 8stone 10.5 but i doubt it i usually only hav half or 1 off oh well we will see and i will post an let everyone no. X
