Yep! I am doing this too, minus boot camp. Am not ready for that! I have my fitness pal. I spend more time scanning barcodes then eating!!!

I'm very jealous of you calorie counting ladies! I can see the end in sight for me too! I've only got a little bit before I have to go onto 810 as will have reached a BMI of 25 (woop)

Tara, I would love to come and join your class! It would be so much fun, science was defo the best lesson I had at school - only because sadly, I understood it, and I enjoyed using a bunsen burner... ha ha
 
Lol! Yesterday I let yr7 draw round themselves in chalk on the floor and asked them to draw on their organs. It was the funniest thing!!!!!!!

I'm allowing myself 1000 (I don't count veg and salad) I still have one or two cd products yesterday I had
Breakfast cd shake
Snack apple
Lunch 2 egg omelette with peppers mushroom and onion with a side salad
Snack shape zero yogurt
Tea cd soup
And the scales still moved down this morning 7lb to go to target and a massive 107lb loss
 
I told them no willies in case they got confused with size or shape (that's what we were looking at!!!!!)
 
Afternoon All!

Well I am thoroughly enjoying this calorie counting malarky, I feel as though I have a good strong grip on what I'm eating. And the MyFitnessPal app is a Blinkin godsend, rather than just tracking calories, it tracks the nutrional value of what you're eating too so makes you think about making the right choices too.
*I say that having just eaten a Magnum but that's my biggest indulgence since finishing the Cambridge so I don't feel too bad.
And I almost almost feel healthy again, the tonsilitis has gone, I've just got a silly cold and I'm a bit chesty.
Very positive at the moment xx

There is a tub of haagen daaz in my chest freezer ( in the garage so I dont go near it) it has been calling to me on a regular basis since I started CD, lol
 
Well its been a week since I switched to calorie counting and have done well. Weighed myself twice this week and have lost 4lb so I'm pleased with that. My willpower us strong and I have been making mainly healthy choices. Myfitnesspal makes you feel guilty if you go off track so its keeping me motivated.
Having said all of that, I went out last night and drank enough to sink a ship.......
Oh well, back to Boot Camp tomorrow, the cold is hanging around a bit but I haven't got time to wait for it to bugger off before I get my bum fit! xx
 
Still got at least a stone to go Mama, preferably a stone and a half.

We will do it I have between 7 and 14lb to go depending on what I ate the day before lol it's a good job I had a good breakfast as I had sushi for dinner only my maki had a little rice but enjoyed a bit to much sashimi lol oh well be stronger tomorrow xx
 
Yes, here's for stronger next week! And I will exercise every day. I have eaten bread the last 2 days and my tummy is huuuuuuge! x
 
Bread hates me lol. I WILL start training again I should get my new power cable for my crosstrainer this week as our puppy chewed it when I was on it gave herself a large shock, she decided it best to chew the treadmill cable when it was turned off so been without either. Note to self keep pup out of summer house xx
 
Oh noooooo, what a silly puppy, at least she's ok x
