yeah, talked it through with mark and he says itde be good for when im closer to goal and to maintain but thinks vlcd is best to get me there cos he knows what im like, i think hes right tbh just putting off starting tbh lol ilike the fact itde be official weigh in each week but he says ya cannit pay just to get weighed when ye not doing the diet its waste of money lol, be good to come and see what maintenance bookletis like but i assume you dont get your hands on that til you get to goal lol xx

omg honest my face is really bad, once you see it without make up you'll not believe it, i look like diff person with makeup on, its a godsend. got me dermatolgist appointment this month at hosp i cant wait! im gonna get a glycolic peel end of month, its thirty quid and get free microdermabrasion aswell im scared cos my skins so sensitive but excited aswell for it to help. xx
