wif the debts wiv banks n that we didnt know how to get another bank account for mark,then found hsbc do one where you get card its basic account ye can put cheques in n get benefit paid in n you can get money out at machine just cannit pay for stuff with card in shops n that if thats any help, just need to take id n two forms of like bills to prove address and set it up takes a week. xx
