10lbs!!! What on earth were you worried about, lady. You must feel a good bit thinner after that! Omelettes sound good - you'll also be fine anywhere that does steak or chicken & salad, and if you have a marks and sparks they do great snacky bits - cheeses, ham packs, salamis, salmon, chicken legs and chicken pieces, prawns etc. I feel like their marketing lady sometimes but they can be lifesavers.
