so after the meal i thought i would have gained but no thank god i have lost 3lb can you believe that yay im so happy.ive lost 5st 2lb and only 4lb to go for goal whoop whoop.

Just wanted to pop by and say how amazing you are and your achievement! Bet you feel fantastic.
Just shows with determination and focus...the results this diet gives.
I hope you don't mind if I ask you ...how long did you do ss? and when did you start on 810? I have roughly got the same to loose and trying to decide which plan to do.

sitting here eating breakfast which consists of 2 apples how delish,makes a difference compared to what i used to eat about 5 bags of crisp and 2 bits of toast.never again shall crisp pass my lips my body is only getting the food it needs to be healthy.

been a busy bee all week i have ordered wedding invitations,ring cushion,bubbles,cake topper,pew end decorations and paid deposit on the church im so excited and can't stop spending.
ive also decided to go to college next year to become a chef my dream is to open a healthy diet friendly resturant.i think there should be more of these rather than fast food places.i mean the goverment are saying how people are obese so why not get rid of all the bad food places and replace them with healthy 1's.i have totally changed as a person thanks to this diet,i used to not get dressed unless i had to.mope around all day and feel very sad all the time and now im loving life,got more confidence,getting married and going to college at the age of 27 lol.

hi hun i was doing ok but ive cheated again pizza friday and chicken burger saturday.its my totm and im struggling,just gonna put it behind me and keep going.on sat i knew i was gonna eat and made sure this was the only thing i ate all day as v high in calories.
