Upped my H2O to nearly 5l & taken more exercise(weather permitting) seems to be helping.Week 10. -3lb.
I LOVE THIS DIET.
I've lost 3st exactly,BMI under 35(just)
Only a few more pounds to get to where I was in autumn 2005.(after 18/12 hard graft at DIY diet & mega-gym attendance.Now I love the gym but it did sort of eat into the day.CD allows me to get more done.
