Week 9 Update

Just got back from Week 9 Weigh In and indeed BIg Brother of lasts weeks loss turned up - a rather nice 6lbs loss

Therefore updated stats are

08.01.07 : 00..............357lbs. START
15.01.07 : 16..............341lbs. First weeks loss.
22.01.07 : 11..............330lbs. Second week....
29.01.07 : 04..............326lbs. Third week (oh poo)
05.02.07 : 06..............320lbs. Fourth week (thats a bit better)
12.02.07 : 06..............314lbs. Fifth Week (uummm - can live with this as a run rate :D )
19.02.07 : 03..............311lbs. Sixth week (that'll teach me to open my big mouth :eek: )
26.02.07 : 07..............304lbs. Seventh week (oh so grateful - bring a friend next week)
05.03.07 : 03..............301lbs. Eight week (brought a LITTLE friend - hope they got a big brother for next week)
12.03.07 : 06..............295lbs. Ninth week (Big brother turned up - now lightest I've been this Century and 300lb barrier breached)

Lets hope my 3 days in France doesn't bugger it all up

Nighty night - go to be up at 3.30am to catch my plane
 
(another) good result Mindless.
I think getting under 300lb this week is v timley.
Take that to France with you & think about the feeling of coming back & seeing the needle tip over the 300 mark again.

Week 10 weigh in

Just got back from Week 10 Weigh In and indeed BIg Brothers little brother made an appearance again (4lbs loss) even though I was soddin heroic when in France last week (okay - over exaggerated but you gotta feel good sometimes about your resistance to temptation)

Therefore updated stats are

08.01.07 : 00..............357lbs. START........

05.02.07 : 06..............320lbs. Fourth week

05.03.07 : 03..............301lbs. Eight week

19.03.07 : 04..............291lbs. Tenth week

Now officially JUST Obese

So only 2 'Hello we are your new clients' meals and 2 leaving Dos to cope with before the end of March. So I am aiming at losses (no anticipation of scale) oer next 2 weeks. I surprised myself in France so hopefully will do the same again.

Anyhow, gotta go - meaga early start tomorrow as France audit tomorrow in London at 8.00am of something I am Program leader of - not fun, but the weeks fly by.

When you signed up in Jan did you think you'd lose the 'Morbid' before Easter? Simply FAB.
 
Week 10. -3lb.

I LOVE THIS DIET.
I've lost 3st exactly,BMI under 35(just)
Only a few more pounds to get to where I was in autumn 2005.(after 18/12 hard graft at DIY diet & mega-gym attendance.Now I love the gym but it did sort of eat into the day.CD allows me to get more done.

Upped my H2O to nearly 5l & taken more exercise(weather permitting) seems to be helping.
Couldn't have got this far without minimins.
No complacency:B'days & Easter in sight.!!!!!!
 
Thanks Happe. I am delighted with the way it's going BUT...
my problem is that I don't quite believe it yet.
Part of me still thinks i'll wake up & it's all a dream,
or i'll take my eye of the ball for a moment & the weight will spiral back on again.

Am I the only one who thinks/feelslike this?

migraine again.Took my pills this am them dramatically threw them up again.So to compensate for this I added a pound on to my weigh in. (scales said -5lb but there was a pint of weak tea down the lav!)

Off to update my ticker now & then review the clothes on death row for dispatch.love doing it
 
Another good loss Jane. Love that you are clearing the old wardrobe out too. what bits got the chop this week?
 
thanks happe.I chucked out more of the same I'm afraid.Unspeakably scruffy old fat clothes ,covered in paint & holey.
