Skinnylove - were you always that slim before you gained weight? Only ask as we're the same height but I can't ever imagine being your weight! I think because I've spent my adult life only going as low as 11's I've always stuck around there, whereas I guess if you were slimmer before you know thats where you want to get back to, if that makes sense?! Really have too much time on my hands today, ha ha x

You can and will be any weight you want to be Hun! I'm not naturally slim, I was always chunky growing up. 8st at age 8, 9st at age 9, you get the picture. When I got to 12 I started dieting and by age 14 I was slim for the first time since being a toddler lol, I was 10st for a while. By age 18 I was 15st, dieted down to 11st for a while then hovered mainly around 12st for the majority of my adult life nil each pregnancy, where I went back to 15st each time and crash dieted down to 9st after each birth. Afterwards again, hovered around 12st give and take a little with yo-yo diets... and have been trying since 2009 to get back into 10s and 9s again and am only now finally doing it! Here to stay now :D

It can be hard to imagine, but you will be there soon and there will be no denying it then! xx
 
Wow, well done you! Sounds a bit like my journey minus the 9/10stones! I seem to fluctuate between 11,5 and 14st! I think 12st should always be my cut off point but when your in the yo yo zone that usually goes out the window :sigh: x
