Refeed is going well, slowly but surely. Must admit though I'm feeling super bloated, must be to do with having food in my tummy and my body adjusting to digesting properly again! Adding carbs back in as of the weekend so dreading the water weight making me feel even more bloated
I had a complete day off yesterday for the first time - zero packs all day! Funny as I didn't completely gorge as I thought I might, and I didn't feel guilty afterwards either so quite pleased really. I then spent the evening clearing out my wardrobe of larger clothes and it made me realise just how far I've come so its given me a renewed enthusiasm to just plod on for now. I'm never going to make a 100% TS day so I'm going to just be realistic and plod x

I've never really noticed the whole ketosis thing? Maybe its because I've always eaten from the start? Although admittedly yesterday was the first proper carb day. I guess I just haven't thought about it?!! I think I know deep down, to keep this weight off, I need to avoid the white carbs. I think fat/protein seem to be a winning combo for me Funny as I had curry last night after we were all talking baout it the other day, but had it with grated courgette and I really loved it! Definitely an easy substitution if it means I can still have curry! x
I made a stack of julienned courgettes. Left them out on paper towels to dry. Promptly forgot about them so had to throw them out the next morning! But I like the idea!!
Think so, although I guess I should have used the coarse grater rather than the normal one? Really I just wanted something to soak up the sauce and it did it perfectly! x

I've heard great things about using cauliflower for both pizza and rice
The party went well, I had a tiny sliver of cake and some of the 'light bites' - they were on the small size!!!! I seem to have lost another 2lbs despite the fact I've had some foods I shouldn't have! Was worried I came out of ketosis after the cake and the Virginia cocktail (both of which tasted awful!).
Had lunch out again, omelette this time, hopefully that was ok, not much else on the menu to eat!!
Got a killer headache today, but is it going back into ketosis (if I went out), lack of sleep??? Who knows!!!

I've just eaten 3 slices of tiger bread! Whoops. Funny as I'm not a bread person usually but it smelt lovely! My little one has had 5 slices already too ;-)

Well done Smidge. More than what can be said for me! Sat ate/drank with hubby on the sofa in the caravan. Think he was quite pleased that I joined in for a change and I don't feel too bad for it either. Might do a few days Ts this week to undo the damage though before I weigh, haha.

My headache left thank god! Thanks for asking! After a pretty dodgy week of eating, I did lose weight. Not loads but something thank god!!!
I requested my refeed info the other day, I've got just about 1 month left before I'm at my goal weight (hopefully I do it in my hoped for time period). Reason I requested it so early was so I know how much to order next month... Cos in 5 weeks time I move to the Caribbean!!!! so the diet food will come with me It would take too long for it to get to the Cayman Islands and cost a fortune I'm sure!!!
