Changes to Syn Values / HE Allowance

What's the deal with Muller? I haven't attended a group in a while: I just started SW at home after putting on weight post surgery. Just finding my way around on here!

Sorry, not sure what you mean here. If it was about the syn changes ..... Muller did a no-no a while back & changed their receipe for some Light Yogs. It meant that some became syn'd . However, common sense prevailed & they reverted so that the only ones with syns are the originally syn'd ones. There is a 'sticky' on this sub-forum dedicated to Yoghurts if you'd like to have a squizz.
