wild alaskian salmon tastes very like steak but its much better for you ,marlin and tuna steaks are very similar but you have to be careful not to over cook them either ding them in a little water for a couple of mins or fry in a nonstick pan for a few secs on either side they should still be stightly pink in the middle a little lemon is really nice with both.Red snapper is also lovely but quite boney and cod is delicious wrapped in parma ham and ovened for about 20 mins hope this helps are you thinking of refeeding garry its not like you to talk about food hun xx
