I've been ok today - fingers crossed it was a one off. Just had a very successful online shopping trip. Three pairs of trousers, one top, two dresses, one scarf and four necklaces... Should have cost £700, but with the sales I only paid £125! Super duper excited - just hope it all fits :-D

Good day today! Managed to reduce my snacking, had three good meals and two walks. And I drank some water!

Highly recommend the salmon currently n offer in sainsburys. With home made wedges. Yum

Hooray, hooray, it's a happy weigh in day

1lb off for me (taking me back to where I was two weeks ago!). Onwards and downwards.

Hubby lost 2lb, so happy house here tonight

Hmmm, couple of days over allowance, but I've walked lots too, which will hopefully help to counter balance. I'm sure it will be ok
