In TK max today they had some great 3 lb hand weights for £3.99 . They were really good to hold

Not yesterday as I'd already bought the sainsburys one a couple of weeks ago but I wish I had as they were a great shape that you could hold in your hand very easily while you do other exercise like your running Lexie

I have bought a proper kettlebell was bit more expensive but the one from sainsbury was the wrong shape! Was hard to use.. That one with all the different stacked weights looks a wrong shape, but wouldn't know till I used it

No it's nothing like those. The ones in TK max weren't ketwbells they were hand held weights to use during other exercise. They were good and felt comfy in the hand as the weight was balanced and not in one place
