Last week there was one in bella magazine but I think that is finished now. They do them regularly.. If you are on fb then join the Sw group and they advertised the vouchers...

And i hear that even if you gain they ask what did you do to cause that,i have 2 gains twice a month through fluid which can't be helped, well unless i change the pill which is the cause of it,so at the moment seems a waste of time paying to llose twice a month x

I have had the same problem this month but the consultant never makes you say anything in front of class you don't want to, see my star week thread did feel what's the point in wasting two weeks of money but with out going I wouldn't no things have changed or new products or recipe ideas everyone shares

Check the s/w website to because they advertise them on there to when mags are going to have a voucher an the handy but there's normally a 7 day menu to follow an more info on products

Its the new packets that are synned as batchelors changed the recipe so if you have the old ones they're still free

If I was not going to a class an just doing it from memory u could be eating a lot of extra syns with out knowing

Are the super pasta n sauce still free (except from a few exception) or have they messed with those as well?

Yes all apart from a few be carful though because someone in my group got a chick pea dahl an checked the syn an it says free but the consultant says there is only one that's free so I don't think there s/w syns are being updated quick enough

from what ive heard, aldi chickpea dahl is now 3 syns a tin, tesco is 1.5 syns, asda have discontinued it, sainsburys is 8 syns and morrisons is free

Update I did read that the frozen Thai fish cakes from aldi were syn free they are now 3 syns

That's why it's good to go class or join online so you have that support there I used to eat a lot of the vac packed lamb shanks in gravy there no longer free only small syns but every syn counts
