Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Tuesday food:

Breakfast: Porridge (HexB1), raisins (2), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

First break: Mango, pineapple, and grapes. Activia.

Lunch: Innocent Mexican veg pot (the lower one 4.5), salad, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and dressing (0.5)

Tea: 2 jacket spuds (I'm STARVING :p) tin of spaghetti hoops, 2 veggie burgers (1), low fat cheese (rest of HexA1 & 2), sauce (1)

Snack:

Drinks: Coffee. Ribena really light.

I have been sticking to plan. Saved up syns for a work meal out on Fri at the veggie place I go to. Even saved up Hex's I ended up not using. Not been feeling well since about Tuesday and I was really nervous on Friday coz my new boyfriend came with me. So I barely ate and I had 3 small glasses of Rose.
Yesterday I felt really, really ill! Managed to eat 1 small piece of toast, about 10 chippy chips, and some Mini Eggs during the whole day! Today I've had some scrambled egg on dry toast and that hasn't upset my tummy too much.

Not sure what I'm going to try next, but as long as I eat something!! Have made a nice bland-ish lunch for work tomorrow. hopefully I can eat that.

Monday: On earlie's Mon-Wed this week.

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

First break: Shape Zero (0.5) Took me nearly 20mins to eat this :rolleyes:

Lunch: Pasta, Quorn ham, cherry tomatoes, peppers, and sweetcorn mixed with extra light mayo (0.5) With salad and dressing (0.5) Ate most of it.

Afternoon break: Pineapple, kiwi, and grapes snack pack. Well, half of it.

Tea: 2 plain Quorn fillets, low fat Supernoodles, microwave veg bag (carrots, sweetcorn, and peas), wholemeal bread (HexB2), and low fat cheese (HexA2) Dressing and mayo (1) Yes I am really regretting eating all that, but I was so damn hungry. Will deal with any consequences later.....

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

Tuesday: Feel less nausea today :) But my God my joints hurt. My shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. How bizarre?!

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Tea: Wholemeal toast (HexB2), 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs (HexA2 for milk & cheese), and fruity sauce (1)

Snack: Bag of Mini Fingers (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

Syns used: 9.5

I got my new bunnies today!! A work friend was fostering them but knew I didn't have space coz I still had a guinea pig. But she really, really wanted my pig. So I agreed to do a 'swap'. I feel bad, but at least she'll have piggy friends, she's even getting a husband!! And she'll have a vet nurse looking after her now :)
My new boys are 5 months old and I've decided to keep the names my friend gave them.
Ralph is the ginger one and Victor is the white & 'tortoiseshell' one :D

That's the pic from when my friend got them. gonna wait till they're settled in a bit before I styart taking pics of them. They're lovely though and SO friendly. Love them :D

Wednesday: Half day at work today. Finish at 12 and then I'm off for 9 days :D
Going the pics tonight to see The Devil Inside too.

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

First break: Pack of apple, pineapple, grapes, and orange.

Lunch: Jacket spud, 2 veggie burgers (1), tin of spaghetti, and low fat cheese (HexA2)

Tea: 2 boiled eggs, 2 Quorn sausages (2), wholemeal toast (HexB2), and tomato sauce (1)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

On the downside I started feeling really sick again. Incredibly nauseous :( I was really, really hungry though and seen as I've not thrown up I'm still making myself eat. Had a nice bland tea tonight. Feel a bit better, but can feel the nausea building again. Fed up now!

Feel less nauseous, so far. But bloody hell my muscles and joints are killing me!!! My knees actually feel like there's something in the way of them moving properly. Couldn't even hold straighteners long enough to do my hair, so curly today. :(

Got a driving lesson in a bit and then I'm going to my friends. We've planned to go out for a carvery, which I'm still going to attempt. Luckily the veggie one is really cheap so if I don't eat much it's not so bad. But really looking forward to it. Just had some Splenda'ry Weetabix and don't feel too bad :)

Think the syn plan for today is just to count the whole lot at the carvery. Not likely to eat anything else lol!
 
Thursday: Driving lesson, carvery, meet friends new dog, and then to a screening of The Hunger Games :D

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1). Don't feel sick after eating that-score!

Tea: Will be a veg only carvery. Hopefully not too many syns but I think I'll donate my days syns just in case :) I have a voucher for free ice cream if I feel up to it :p

Snack: 2 pieces of dry wholemeal toast to try and settle my tummy (HexB2)

Drinks: Coke Zero. Coffee. Diet Irn Bru.

Syns used: 15

I did well. Got a small (for me ;)) carvery and really enjoyed it. Could have gone back for more but didn't want to push my luck! Also had a serving of Mr Whippy style ice cream with a little chocolate sauce.
Think I'm fairly safe with saying 15 syns for all that, esp as only syns in my tea would be for the yorkshire's (two little ones) and any oil or butter used. And, well, hopefully it'd cover the ice cream too :p

Feeling a bit sick again so gonna have a piece of toast before I go to bed. Joints are incredibly painful and my fingers are swelling up. Dragging my ass to the Dr's in the morning :(
 
Went to the Dr's this morning. Still got a virus :p Apparently the painful swollen joints is typical of certain viruses and I can expect to feel like sh*t for around 3 weeks. I'm thrilled....
So just gotta carry on with anti-inflammatories and paracetamol. Which I was doing anyway. But yeah, rubbish, but nothing to worry about.
 
Friday food: Mum bought some Golden Syrup Weetabix so gonna steal a couple to try. The kcal and sat fat is almost the same as the chocolate Weetabix, so will count it the same as them :)

Breakfast: 2 Golden Syrup Weetabix (HexB1 + 2), Splenda (wasn't needed lol!), and skimmed milk (almost half HexA1)

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, scrambled egg, wholemeal toast (HexB2), crispy potatoes, and sauce (1)

Tea: Packet of mac & cheese (2 + rest of HexA1 for milk), 2 Quorn fillets, microwave veg pack of carrots, sweetcorn, and broccoli. Dressing (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Irn Bru. Coke Zero.

Syns used: 7.5
Syns left: 36.5

Exercise: 20min walk back from the Dr's.

Have had a really nice day (if you don't count being ill!) today! Went in to town with Mum for lunch at the veggie place. Had 1 slice of cheese on toast with the pasta, cous couse, and salad. And caved in and got apple crumble with custard :eek: That was a bit of a mistake though coz started feeling v nauseous again after that. Was nice though ;)
Did some sale shopping and got a lovely grey underwear set in M&S, 2 thermal t-shirts, a thermal half-zip jumper, thermal trousers, and a beautiful 3-in-1 Jack Wolfskin jacket (mens small!!!). The outdoors stuff is for my 30th birthday adventure :D Bargaintastic!

Then my friend came to meet us and we went to see The Hunger Games-just as brilliant 2nd time round. And halfway home we decided to go for tea at the Mexican place. Didn't trust my stomach so didn't get anything spicy, which was a pain in the ar*e coz I love Mexican food. Also didn't get dessert coz I didn't want to push my luck. Good job really coz I feel rather ill now :(

Haven't long got home. Tried my jacket on another 3 times :p

But safe to say I have used todays syns and prob most, if not all, of my saved ones. Nice day though :)

Tea: Quorn meatballs, red onion, orange and red peppers, sweetcorn, tinned cherry tomatoes, and herbs & stuff. With fettucini, salad, low fat cheese (HexA1), and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Porridge (HexB2), Splenda, skimmed milk (half HexA2)

Drinks: Squash. Coffee. Diet Coke. Options (2)

Syns used: 5.5
Syns left: 9.5.
But wanted a low syn day to put the left overs towards yday's eating out. I'm sure 61 syns and the Hex's will cover it. Well I hope it does!! Would like another loss next week :D

Exercise: Cleaning out the garage animals, de-poo'ing the garden, putting washing out. Not exactly proper exercise, but it'll have to do :p
