Cheese cake

Hiya,
Following on from my healthy Herman idea. I reckon we could make cheese cake!
If we make porridge into biscuits then crumble, then a layer of quark and topped of with a shake of your choice (in mousse form) on the top.
I have never made cheese cake but it sound feasible.
What d'ya think?

Sounds good except the quark, don't know rules on that one, you can make cheese cake out of vanilla crispy cereal In a ramekin and it goes chunky n creamy it's amazing! It's sooooo cheesecakey :) and you'd only use one pack doing it that way. (I only use about 60-75ml of water)

Quark is ok as a protein choice for 3 a day x

Ah I see, well if u made cheese cake that way wouldn't you be using two packs plus protein option? I don't think that's wise for one "meal" hmmmmm worth a try tho x

Slightly changing subject, but I used to do a low carb cheesecake base. I use ground almonds mixed with some melted butter (you can substitute for spread), grilled until golden brown then mixed with xylitol (a granular sweetener with the same sweetness as sugar) pressed into the tin with a little butter/ spread if needs be. It makes a nice, different alternative to lots of biscuits. You can add in a little cocoa for chocolatey-ness.

You could always halve the quantities. I split most of my packs in half so I'm 'eating' every 2-3 hours.
