Omg , I made this tonight and it was lush!
I took 4 pork loin steaks , visible fat removed, and popped them in the centre of the oven until cooked.
While they were cooking I sautéed mushrooms and onions until soft, then removed them from the heat, stirred in a big blob ( yep, it's a legit measurement ) of quark and some grated hea low fat cheddar.
I spooned this onto the cooked steaks and then whacked them under the grill until bubblin.
Served with green beans and boiled baby tatos with a drizzle of mint sauce.
Delicious.
