It needs to be the pencil pleat or whatever they are called, cant have tab top or eyelets. Curtains were perfect though :0(

As for embarrassment, you mustn't! The huge yoyo fluctuations are so typical with this sort of diet (and Atkins!) if we go on weekend benders! Duh!!

By the way, my other half weighed himself after our week of excess... +6.2 kilos not pounds!!
