Oops forgot to say, next WI is Thursday hence me starting SS+ on Fri. 1st Feb on Fri too so nice to start it in a new month. Feels right!

Thank you so much! Those ideas are really helpful! I hadn't really considered at which point I am going to have my 'meal'; I'm so in the swing of it with my current routine: black coffee with cinammon in on my journey to work, tetra about 9.30am, mint or peanut bar at 1pm, another tetra about 6.30 then coke zero if I need it. Plus water and peppermint tea throughout the day.
Now I need to figure out my new routine... I'm thinking during the week it would be nice to eat with DH so will have an evening meal but maybe on the weekend I can switch it around and have a nice brekkie, or salad for lunch. It's only 2 weeks so not long to get into a routine anyhow. Then it's 810 (I think... need to re-read the various steps. I hadn't wanted to look too far ahead until now!)
But Rachel, you've inspired me and made me a little excited now for Friday!
In other news, I was on a training course in Wakefield today, and oh my God, the buffet looked amazing! Goats cheese and chilli jam baguettes, home made breaded chicken, home made buns (with edible glitter!). Wow! My colleagues all felt bad eating on front of me but I didn't even give it a second thought. Another colleague is doing SW so she sat there munching an orange and a banana, and I had my bar
Hi Chicky Noops! Thanks for your comment about doing well! I am also going on SS+ this week after my weigh in on Wed which will be with my new CDC as I am changing as I want to do the steps and learn how to maintain and my last CDC was not working out!
I liked Rachel's posts and will try these I am looking forward to a little meal each day!
Good luck on your weigh in on Thursday! My goal is 11 stone and I have 1 stone 0.5 lb to go so am hoping this will be a little less after Wednesday!
I am really wanting to do the steps this time and learn how to maintain I do not want to be coming back to do SS every year in January!

Congrats forgetting into the 12s, that is just fab, can't wait until I can.day that! WI Thursday and I really really hope to be in the 13s!!

Poor quality pic as battery was low so no flash! It was 60g mushrooms softened in a bit of seasoned water and garlic (never thought we would be allowed garlic for some reason by my CDC said yes!) folded into 2 beaten eggs and some chopped chives fried with a little Fry Light to make an omelette. Then 20g of green salad with a touch of balsamic - yum!
People are telling me I am too skinny now, WTF? Officially, I am still overweight! Ha! My sister called me a lollipop head but then decided she wanted to do CWP too, hypocrite. My mum gave me a lecture too about not eating properly. Haven't seen them for a few weeks so it was probably just a shock to see the difference in me. Good job I am thick skinned and a rebel at heart

I will be interested to see how you get on with the steps! Interesting we're both starting to work up on the same BMI! I am going to have a mushroom omelette tomorrow (60g mushrooms) with 20g rocket drizzled with some balsamic, yum!

Think it's because we all seem to lose weight in our faces first (I remember reading that weight comes off from the top of your body downwards - guess that means I'm going to have lardy thighs for a while yet). But after a while your remaining fat redistributes more evenly over your body so you look much healthier again.

Absolutely strictly speaking, no I don't think garlic is allowed. But I'd be really surprised if a tiny amount did any harm (don't let the rest of the Hardcore Hotties hear me say that. ).
