Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this though being a SLimming world member for a while now, Have deicided to be on plan from now till easter, But am heading out on Friday to the chinese for a Friends birthday and I don't know how to keep the syns low, I'm obviously going to use the whole Flexi Syn area but, still in the Chinese I normally eat, Cantonese chicken, .. or chicken in capital sauce, .. do i just syn the sauce, would anyone know syn value for this or something different in the chinese that is seperate from the back of the book ??
