I would draw a line under it and start again.

If you can i would try not to have things in the house that can temp you into over syning.

My big no no is bread so if we have any in the house i ask for it to be hidden from me so i cant see it in passing and think "il just have a couple of slices" before i know i could have had half a loaf.

I am exactly the same with bread! 2 slices turns into a loaf gone. I don't buy it in anymore as it's the 1 thing that beats me, just have no willpower with it. Thick cut crusty white toast with butter & jam is my ABSOLUTE favourite, drooling at the thought haha.

I've just done something very similar feel same as you really 11weeks in & 11lbs lost a bit slow but a loss is a loss ! But like you there are members in my group saying " I've eaten so much rubbish " but they seem to do better than me 2 and 3 lbs+ ! Not only 1 of them but lots so for the last couple of days I weigh in Thursday been picking on lots of things that I had cut out while being on sw as I can't have a small amount of rubbish so have none ! I think it's messed my head up a bit thinking well they're loosing while eating rubbish so perhaps I can ! Stupid thinking as I never get away with anything any advice how I can turn this around ? Or it's a gain for me :( x
