Chocolate cake with banana custard -yum

Omg how delicious. I just made one of those chocolate schmuffin cake things with a lighterlife banana custard and had it for me tea it was so yummy and filling it felt like i was at school again. Its the first time ive done this and made two packs together but i used the banana lighterlife pack which was less calories too.
Has anyone tried this? i was undecided whether to have chocolate custard or banana but went for the banana and it surely did the job.

sounds good, how did you make the schmuffin? Ive heard about it, but not sure what you do, and how big is it when cooked

I just added about 4 tbsp of hot water to the pack at first then mixed it to a thick paste you might need to add some more but do it a little at a time as you dont want to make it too runny then scrape all the edges and make it in a round blob, flatten a little then microwave for 1 minute if it looks sticky in the middle do it for another 10 seconds. It does expand but not loads. I did it on its own last week and wasnt too keen but really enjoyed it with the custard you could prob do half a pack of custard if you want.
