2 large baked potatoes with 28g cheddar (hea) bacon & side salad (lettuce,onion,peppers&beetroot)

1 tbsp helmans ex light mayo - 1/2
twister - 4
french fries - 4
(id say il maybe have sum sw chips later on too )
