Right the Halloween challenge is almost over, so thought I'd start the Christmas one for us so we can start thinking about how many of those pounds we want to shift by then. We have about 8 weeks until Christmas so just add your name and how much you want to shift if you want to join the challenge Good luck everybody!!!

Good luck Lyn, of course you can count your 1lb off I've still got one wi left on my October challenge, so I'm hoping I may have a little less than 14lbs to loose by Christmas! Well I can hope lol!!!

Stirky, how is your weight loss going this week. Have you lost any more? Curious how its going for you. I was going to do juddering and then decided for this week at least to do low cal. I have lost 5 pds this week, though its been very hard! I like to mix it up with my programs and was going to try juddering next week. Typically how much do most people lose in the first week of juddering?

Well I've had to edit my christmas goal as no longer have 14lbs to loose whoop!!!

Sooz - First week of juddd varies from person to person, really depends on if you were already dieting and if so what plan you were on. Think on average most of us are losing 1-2lbs a week, but we're all different. Juddd is a great plan tho as doesn't feel like a diet, so suits me well lol! Good luck x
