I started SW on Sunday but I joined my local group on Monday so although my official WI day at group is on Mondays I shall also weigh at home on Sundays to keep a note for my own purpose as I lost 1.5lbs between weighing Sunday morning and weighing Monday evening.
Is anybody else on the SW plan?
Does anybody have any good exercise tips? I have a gym and swim membership, I want to tone up my Post Pregnancy body but I don't want to gain muscle.
Any help greatly appreciated
