Thanks Erm. There is no NVs on it. However, if it is 6.5 syns for 100gr that is good. I had assumed 6.5 for 30gr. I am making chicken & chrizo casserole and put 30gr in it (making 3 portions), but if it is 100gr for 6.5 syns, I might add more as it is well worth it.

I lurrrrve chorizo :drool: I can never believe the syns either, I guess you just dont really need that much. I use about 100g and it serves 3-4 people so well worth it. Ommm crispy, hot, crumbly, oily chorizo :drool:

Erm, I went Waitrose today and looked at calories on some chrizos and they were 455 per 100gr = 22.5 syns. Came home and checked a few online and same. Which works out about 6 syns per 25 gr. That seems more realistic.
