Right after giving advice out I thought I'd best put my menus up for yesterday and today:

Rich tea biscuit x 3 = 3
Lunch
Crackers x 4 = 4
Ham = 1
ww Lemon cake = 2
Cucumber cherry tomatoes, strawberries & clementine =0
Dinner
Jacket potato = 6
Tuna = 2
Mayo = 2
Muller light orange cheese cake yoghurt = 2
WW caramel cake = 2
Chocolate biscuits = 5
Hot chocolate = 1

Todays menu:
Breakfast
Birthday cakes = 10 at a guess
Lunch
Crackers x 4 = 4
Ham = 0
Cucumber, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, clementine = 0
Dinner
WW chicken soup = 2 (not bad but I prefer Heinz)
Bread x 2 = 5 (I was surprised cos before I was working it out as 3 point for each slice but then I doubled the protein etc and realised I over pointed them lol so that was a nice surprise)
Rice pudding = 5
Jam = 1
WW caramel cake = 2
Hot chocolate = 1
Dailies 29/29
Weeklies 1/10
Ok feeling good about this week just have Thursday and Friday to be good and then Saturday morning will be the test lol.
