How is the cider vinegar thing going? Bought some this morning & going to give it a go!!!!!!!

It's sort of a pain/pleasure experience, China!!

i did it for three days and then the last two I haven't cos I had an upset tummy, but no clue if it was the vinegar, TOTM or too many SF Sweets. So am waiting for my system tor reset itself and then will try again. Process of elimination LOL
