Cjs diary - I'll do it this time!

Oh no, I've had a bad day! Went to a 1st birthday party, which was great fun! However I had a chocolate chip muffin, 2 cupcakes and some chocolate trifle! I'm going to be really extra good the rest of the week and as I don't feel hungry at all now, am going to make a superfree soup to have if I feel hungry later, and some time on the Wii methinks :(

Not bad for a party!

And one day out of seven really doesn't wreck it xxx

Thank you for the info on body magic, I always thought it was a bit odd on WW that you could eat, kind of negates the exercise!

I'm just going to stick to the plan the rest of this week, having syns as normal and put today down as a fun day catching up with friends, and as a plus 3 weeks ago I would have eaten a load more and still felt hungry, today I felt a little such after! :)

Mmmm I've just had a lovely risotto for tea, using onion, celery, leek, stock, herbs, rice, chicken and peas - yummy, and it was syn free, even better!

I also made a curried butternut squash soup this afternoon, after having 4 custard creams today, so that if I feel peckish, I can just have a bowl of soup first, as well as water and hopefully that will satisfy any hunger pangs, particularly the chocolate/biscuit ones!

I've found today quite hard. My youngest didn't want to sleep really all day, but was really tired and therefore crying a lot and grumpy. She has gone to bed well tonight though, which was good.

I couldn't keep them up an hour longer than normal so that they went to bed at their normal time, I managed to keep one up another half an hour so she only went to bed half an hour early, and hopefully I can do the same again tomorrow. I think that they are the reason that I ate the custard creams today, it's just been one of those days!!

Still, tomorrow will be better, got to be positive!!

Didn't get to go for a walk today, it was quite drizzly here, and although I have a waterproof coat for the winter so that I can go walking, I didn't want to walk back from Sainsburys in the wet with a loaded pushchair. Will have to go on Just Dance in a bit, once my tea's gone down a bit to make up for the lack of walk today. I would like to be able to do some exercise each day really, it makes me feel good about myself.

Off to do the tidying up. If never ends does it ....

Hi Huni
How's it going today ?

Hiya,

I've been really good today, I had an apple and banana for breakfast, a bowl of my curried butternut squash soup for lunch with some wholemeal bread, and then fried rice for tea, with a rich tea biscuit in the afternoon.

So a total of 2.5 syns (I had a little extra bread, it's homemade wm bread and weighed a little bit more than 57g!)

I'm looking forward to WI on Thursday morning, however I'm not sure if I'm going to STS or lose any, fingers crossed not a gain lol!

How are you today? xx

It is sooooo yummy, I really have to restrain myself!

Today I had an Apple, pear, banana and 2 satsumas for breakfast, a Thai curry veg pot for lunch (4 or 4.5 syns) but then got really stressed with stuff and ate 4 custard creams (12 syns), a single bakewell slice at a friend's (dont know syns).

Am having Indonesian rice for tea, left over from last night, which is free, and lots of fruit after, grapefruit and satsumas.

Will not be surprised if gain this week. At least it was only 4 custard creams and not the whole pack like I would have eaten a month ago.

Custard creams are my favourite can't have biscuits in the house or I wouldn't be able to stop at one . You did well to only have a few x

I normally only have rich teas now, but was shopping and Ava was getting restless and they were only 30 something pence for a pack! Hopefully my husband will finish them up.

Eaten fruit and left overs for tea. Fingers crossed for WI on Thursday! Hahaha

Did you make the scones ???

Wi tommorrow really hoping I've lost that 2.5 from last week feel good so fingers crossed
How's your day been ?

I did make the scones, I'm just making a spicy chicken stew at the moment, and I think they'll go nicely with that. they did taste quite potatoey, but I guess that's to be expected! I think next time I'll put some grated cheese in them.

Today I was good - apple for breakfast, sandwich for lunch - cheese, ham and salad, then a couple of the cheese scones, and chicken for tea. Have however had a bit of a munch on the lion bar cereal I have at home, have been really good at resisting it. I don't think it should push me over 15 syns tho to be honest, so fingers crossed for tomorrow. Also went for a long walk this morning so that was good, was out for about 2 hours in all, though some of that was walking round Sainsburys, as decided to go there in the end.

Hope you lose that 2.5 from last week! I've managed so far to resist doing a sneaky check on the scales, just going to try and weigh just the once a week.

How was your day?

x

1 lb off this week, much better than I had hoped for, so pleased with that! Here's to a good week ahead!

Well done that's a good loss for this week ;-) shall we be 100% this week Iam going for it need to get 2off to get to 10 stone an have a quiet weekend planned let me know if you want join me !!

sounds good to me! Let's do it!

I'm going to try to stick to 10 syns a day. I've found that if I don't have any, I end up having too much, so I'm best to control them!

I'm going to get for some more walks, I did look at doing the couck to 5k, but with two kids and a husband who works shifts I don't really get any time to do it, so walking with the kids is the best way forward at the moment!

Oh, my husband Dave really liked the cheese scones with the spicy chicken stew! Will be making some more of them!

Had a busy morning, just sitting down for the first time now!

Had a two hour play session at the pre-school Ava will be going to next September - she had a fabulous time - painting, splashing around with water for 3/4 an hour, playing with play-doh! Then walked to town, got loads of fruit and veg and a few other bits, then had to walk home with it all loaded on the buggy - it was so heavy, I couldn't lift the buggy up the kerbs, I had to find dropped kerbs, plus had Erin strapped to my front. All good exercise though!

I got today a HUGE savoy cabbage, celery, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, parsnips, carrots, red onion, a huge pineapple, honeydew melon, 12 kiwis, 3 lb of bananas, about 15 satsumas and 10 apples all for £7.50!! That'll keep us going all week.

Going to make a nice soup this week. Yum. May also make some more cheese scones to go with it - hehehe!

B - 1 and a half grapefruit (needed eating up)
L - Innocent veg pot - Masala - 6.5 syns

Tonight I am making an omelette with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, mattessons reduced fat sausage, potatoes and cheese (HexA).

Must try and fit in my HexB today as well somewhere.

D - omelette - 2.5 syns (and HexA)

Now, what to have for a HexB??...

Feeling a bit down at the moment, I've just some photos from a friend from when we went to a halloween party as I wanted some of my girls, I couldn't find my camera on the day to take any pictures myself and I just look so big in the pictures, and I thought that I looked quite nice on the day and I just look awful.

Still, maybe I should put one on the fridge and the cupboard doors to make me think before I want to pick at something. Should give me some motivation

Hi hope your feeling a little brighter today don't let the photo get to you. I'm sure it's not as bad as you think, we are so tough on ourselves. there aren't many photos I done pick fault with off me. If you do think it's bad then use it as a positive a starting point an by Xmas you will see a difference. You are doing so well an have had a great start keep with it an it will be so worth it and as the ad say " you're worth it" !!
Have a great day!! you going to a bonfire ? Xx
