Morning ladies!

Weekend was a disaster. I ate everything I could, so needless to say, 6lbs up this morning! lol! Not to worry, got a whole week to get rid of the water weight and thats me back on track, so its all good

Yes, the pasta meal thingy was a bit disgusting, I tried it on Friday! lol!

And on a side note, I accidentally text my mum something I meant to send to my OH! pmsl!!!! She replied pretty quick lol!

Hahahaha!!! I know. I just laughed because I didnt relize until she replied to me!

Ah well... these things happen! pmsl!!!

And yeah, my bf works shifts, so its a rare occasion when he's off all weekend, and he has been for the last 2 in a row. I've totally used that as an excuse to come off my diet and eat crap. However, he's working this weekend coming so I've no excuse now. So thats me, being super good until the 17th when I'm getting tattoo'd. I just have a feeling i should maybe eat something in the morning before it. Not sure about a 3 hour tattoo sitting if I'm only going to have had a shake before hand.

I just always remember being told to make sure I eat something before getting pierced or tattoo'd incase I pass out, so not 100% sure if a shake or a bar really cuts it?!

Yes my step son passed out because a) he hadn't eaten and b) he was hungover lol.
But you're right they do tell you to make sure you've eaten.

I got a tattoo shortly after coming off a vlcd last year & the tattooist said I went really white so refused to continue till I ate something & got my colour back. I had started to get dizzy so I'm sure I would have passed out if she had continued. It makes me wary about getting tattooed again without proper food in my belly. I'm not sure if a protein meal & a bar would see you through...

Hmm... not sure whether I should eat the night before now too?! Oh god, the trauma!

I've got a tribal half sleeve that I absolutely hate, so I'm getting it coveted up with black and purple roses

Its going to be bloody sore tho because half of the tattoo I have just now has been done 3 times because it was a complete **** up. So its alot of scar tissue, and I'm not looking forward to it one bit!

Still going to get it done tho! lol!

i havent even got one yet, keep planning to but then something comes up, although i am not in a rush, i want a wolf on my back i will put a pic of the one i want in my album. will it hurt more if you are going over old tissue?

Yes. LOL!!!

It was badly done the first time, too deep and scarred, and the ink didnt take. The second time was awful and the third, and final, time it was done, it bumped up so much when they put the needle in, and it was agony!!!

Didnt make me cry tho, but thats mainly because I didnt want to be the girl in the tattooist in tears! lol!

Morning Claire. Following a bit of a melt down yesterday OH is saying my had isn't in the right place to do this and I wont be able to give it 100%. He's right in a way but all I can see is a family thing with his skinny cousins in 4 weeks and potentially a stone off by then!

Are you motivated enough to stick to it for the 4 weeks?

I've been floundering for the past few weeks, but I'm pretty determined to reach a healthy bmi, no matter how many times I fall off the wagon.

As long as I keep getting myself back up, that's the main thing.

Howzur job going? Did u get more work? I keep noseying for jobs but there's not really anything decent about just now. I'll keep looking tho
